I don't really understand this. Maybe because I haven't seen the anime these powers are using as a reference guide. I understand the general concept of cutting himself from time, so he doesn't age or breath or anything... but what relevance is there to cutting time of his heart? Wouldn't that kill him if only his heart "paused" but the rest of the body didnt? Why did the dagger cause so much damage to the sea? Did he teleport people or something near the end? I genuinely am completely lost even after reading it over twice I'm not sure whats happening.
