I think these character Lance has awakened his hidden ability in seduction or something similar to it. That is why as it was mentioned before all his relationships with other crew members lasts while filming the movie. After movie making is over relationship is over as well. I guess he need to stay close to the victim to affect their emotions to get his way.

This Lance h uh isn't going to like being rejected (twice). Im hoping Yujin and Astrid can work together to take this guy down a peg or twenty. Stop preying on the new comers.
