So first, happy birthday again dear Vina! Second, now my chapter musings…. ugh: Kira gives me heartburn. She will figure things out but poor Gewen’s heart is broken in the meantime. It will be ok and growth opportunities for both. I wonder if this will be it before she goes back to her father? Will she say goodbye to Gewen or will she just leave? I think he would want to set the record straight as to what he likes about her. But can he compose himself and then still be rejected when she leaves the capital? I never expect answers to all my questions: they will come in time with more chapters. I just like to list out al the things I think about when reading! Thanks for this great journey, Vina! I haven’t been here since chapter 1, but am grateful that I caught up fast! And was there for the early parts and to now in 2 of your other books!
We share a birthday!! Although I’m 47 this year. So when I say your beautiful and don’t look your age, you can trust that I know what I am talking about. I am so thankful that writing is working out as an income opportunity because I get to benefit from your work. I love the characters in your books! I have been so into Mars and Emmelynne that I haven’t been paying as much attention to TCK. But still love it and will be back to it soon. Thanks for sharing your gift with us, without you we wouldn’t have great books to lose ourselves in.
Happy belated 🤗 I’m also close in age and not looking forward turning big 40 this February . I was suppose to go to Aruba to celebrate but not sure yet due to Covid and feel bad leaving my 3 kids along with my mom . The one thing I know about being in forties is we’re definitely wiser as a person; full of life experience. We will age like a fine bottle of red wine 🤗
