hey, Em, don't be shilly. if you love Mars, so you shouldn't compare him to a man that you don't have feeling for. you can't look down on Mars's love to you and praise another man instead of understanding reason of his actions. In fact, Mars did really blindly trust you and help you the way long, but the man you praised was indeed a sneak behind your back, you know! Don't be so over to that Maxim, he is not your male-lead here XD
Emmlyn shouldn't compare the two men, because Maxim had a chance to be around women coming up. While Mars couldn't be with a woman until Emmlyn came along. Mars is still trying to understand Emmlyn feels toward things. I'm sure Maxim had some practice. Though the men do have some similarities, they are different!
Sorry Em you read that wrong, Mars love you beyond a shadow of doubt and he would give up the world for you. You can’t fault him for duty to country which was the very same reason you wanted To kill him. Maxim is just selfish in his ways, yes he would burn the entire kingdom just to be with you and while that might make a woman feel loved 🥰 she’d have to be very selfish as well to see others suffer because of her. I don’t think Em is like that though🙄🙄
