Some stories need a fast pace this is not one of them. In fact it would harm the story if you suddenly switched to a fast pace as the previously established pacing is slow.

i love the pace this is going! itll make the roller coaster bit that much more "roller coastery" when it DOES occur! youre an amazing writer! keep up the awesome work! stop doubting yourself and just go where you want to with your writing! i find it more entertaining to see where the author wants to take us in comparison to how id write...makes it a LOT less boring when an author surprises me with where their mind takes stories! 💚💜

in all honesty I suspect that u will have a chapter at some point down the track where the MC as a choice to escape and she takes it only for her to return only to find the place which has become her home covered in flames either because one of the Prince's cousin is trying to kill him out of ambition or even jealousy over the bbeauty of the MC or maybe from betrayal from the butler leading several assassins and the MC tries to save the Prince by taking a blow that would severely injure the Prince causing her to get injured instead
