kotoamatsukami can be used once in 10 years only once for each eye taht has the mangekyo danzo has one and itachi has the other it's basically useless after danzo used it to give order to kill sasuke

in anime it can only be use 1 time per 10 years.

Author you need to remot that last system notification its very trippy for a certain perspective. Danzo being the man he is would just put him under control and he would have to follow all orders from and dont forget the good of the village and a number pf other bull sh*it.

What? Konoha doesn't have that kind of power over their ninja, they can't decide who marries whom. This is explicitly seen by how the clans deal with all their own affairs. Do you think that if Konoha had the authority to do decides who with a bloodline marries whom that Uchiha or Hyuga would have ended up the way they did?

To be honest, if I reject the marriage there is nothing the village can do about it. He is a civilian shinobi and is not under the jurisdiction of any clan that I can force marriages on. Shinobi are basically military, the village cannot order its soldiers to marry.
