Amber Button
To be honest, i'm kinda like this series, but today, the teacher make me want to drop this book. Sigh... Where are your ethic? I've seen so many similar scene in novels. Those supposedly "profesional" teacher just got angry without property reading the situation. A tsundere and annoyong type. Good bye!
So, the author makes a big deal about everyone being very limited in which feys they are compatible with, and yet guardians are expected to just pick the right fey for the student somehow. Shouldn’t there be a whole process, similar to choosing wands in Harry Potter, where the student goes with their guardian to a shop that has a wide variety of fey to choose the most compatible within their price range?
So instead of calling the guardian to inform him of the situation an ask if the guardian needs money to invest in her future (and if so he's willing to help) he decides to call and scream at the guardian and pressure/shame him to promise something that the guardian may not be able to afford just so he (the teacher) can save things at the last moment. F this guy.
