It's become obvious to have Master Yvere that Emery and Twik both need proper guidance and counsel. I wonder if he will try to steer Emery away from the path of the warrior like the Arbor Master tried to. if only Emery didn't have to worry about the Earth.

I love this twist. Nicely done Avan. You got me both worried and angry in the previous chapters. I like how it ended though. Next Grand Magus Yvere takes him as a disciple for his remaining days in the academy lol...

soooo, Emery never loses anything? I mean, if I could make mistakes and get away with them, I would keep making those mistakes. the consequences of our actions are what makes us learn. SMH, I know the author is trying to make Emery relatable but this is so unrealistic. Plot armor at it's best.

What do you mean by his core shut down. There will be no problem to his core right?
