also I am really enjoying the development between him and Silva, I still strongly believe he needs to sort out his business with the dragon first and foremost. If he's unable to sort that out and in terms help Earth doing contracts that heavily limit him is pretty rough.

Ok, other than the serums, what else does he get? Yea they are expensive as is the formula, but that seems a little steep for 3 Years of basically being enslaved to a group of frog people.

I think this is a better offer because 3 years Is like nothing for them. Also he knows the person a little bit better I would say because Sylvia is connected to this person they're also both half bloods so I think that the he'll be treated better and he really needs the serum so I feel like this is way more doable than the one from last chapter because it's three years and other than just resources that they'll give them you'll also get the serum that makes him able to become stronger with his bloodline which was one of the main reason why he didn't become a privileged student
