well, the locking of the chapters is not great but if you as the author wish for the novel to be a 2 way street where you benefit from it too then so be it, this novel has great potential

Although I have no problem with paying for good stories, ultimately I find the prices here a bit steep. It is even more expensive than buying hardcovers relative to the quantity. An in most cases the quality wont ever match a published book. Well I guess I would still pay for at least some chapters, as long as I am not to dissapointed in the story.

Personally, I don’t like the concept of locked chapters, but since it is your novel it is your choice.

While i dont want locked chapters.its your choice as you are the author.

I don’t like it since i’m basically broke but it would make sense to lock chapters on certain books because well it deserves it i guess 🤷‍♀️

I honestly hate it when I'm soo addicted to a novel and into the mood of reading hundreds of chapters of the novel but juts when I get my hopes up I find that the next chapter is locked.... I'm just a teen who enjoys reading novel I have no way of income therefore cant/won't unlock them however I completely understand if you lock them I'll be sad but not mad at you, I understand that you want to get rewarded from your hard work. (That's what I think)

Im never a fan of locked chapters. I usually just go to boxnovel after encountering the locked chapters. If i really liked the story, i'll usually subscribe to the authors if their available on Patreon (like how most authors on RR survive i guess) The fees here are just too steep. Tho, it is your choice since you're the author. (: P.s. i'll probably go to boxnovel if the chapters are locked. But i'll make it up on Patreon for a month or two subscription heh~ if you're there 😅 Please don't hate me. I'm a poor student here tryna make ends meet
