Sure, he hates a lot of things. That said, haven't you heard of character/ plot development? I mean, for someone who isn't really a fan of something and you find yourself reincarnated in a world the said world you have little interest in, wouldn't you be a little irked by the situation? Add in the first few years of the protagonist life in this story isn't sunshine and daisies so he has negative reviews of his reincarnation experience. But, as time went on and he began living more and moved out of his shell of immediate expectations, Tord began seeing things differently. The MC now saw the Star Wars Universe as a home and the Jedi Order became something which he was willing to fight for later on.
