How does it seems forced?? I don't think so, I mean Konha has Minato, sakumo, Sannins, Itachi, Shishui, Kushina, fugaku, mikoto And yet they are one of the 5 greats, because other villages definitely has people equalling them somewhat. So someone strong appearing in Kiri is no big deal to me and it definitely isn't forced entry.
