I think that his left eye should be able to slow things down in place and when concentrating he could stop time, then hus ruggt should be able to speed things up like his speed, reaction, or making people older. When using both eyes he could seperate himself from time and see the future, present, and past at as well as other things like making time-line echos which come from the same time line but ones that already crossed out and use them for a while in his current time line.
