OMG!! Theory time. Everyone asking why grandma didn't recognize Madam Du as her daughter made me think... Tianxin was kidnaped by grandmas daughter, and she lied to her mother that the baby Tianxin was hers. So Tianjin really is Madam Du's daughter. why did grandma's daughter do this? no idea. maybe jealousy...or she lost her own child and replced her with Madam Du's child.
