I like this twist. rather than just MC plot armor it is actually the legendary man reborn twice.

I think this was to expected… but it seems more likely that this happened before since he was called dragon spirit by the black merchant. Honestly not a huge fan of him being the reincarnation. Would have rather it have been a new body at the center of the planet that overcame heavens restriction using the planets origin qi. Or maybe… It’ a spirit grade pill in the center of the planet. And du shen did reincarnate in the beyond, and then meets up with the MC down the line. Hostile or friendly could be fun
