Did he just give the ‘go ahead’ with acceptable losses and collateral damage? It sounds like he’s okay with loosing allies (which is cold but acceptable) and involving innocent bystanders who happen to be in the vicinity (💀witnesses). While I don’t like the former, the latter is completely unacceptable… I hope I misunderstood what he was asking for.
