I think I like the idea of Lucas slowly developing feelings for Elijah. It made him a better person. One, he was able to erase his own homophobia, and two accept that love is love. Out of the three, Lucas is the most complicated because he was such an unlikeable character from the beginning. I am rooting for Lucas to win Eli's heart. Fighting, Lucas!
