why adding a squirtle to the team?? He sits out on bulbasar and charmander but then takes squirtel? Should have taken something other then a starter. You also have the growlithe and cubone, that didnt have much „screentime“. I think your bloating the team to much to early.

He should have it teach ice beam to his other Pokémon
