I think that the gifts are from Blake..He's secretly crushing on Amy and the reason he's keeping it a secret is because he doesn't know how she feels about him
Firstly, its so weird that she is accepting those gifts from an unknown person.... Then, its even odd that she keeps on convincing herself that the unknown person is her crush.... When the truth is, that particular crush (Blake) doesn't even know that she is in love with him.... Isn't that creepy?
