thanks for the chapter man and I have a question, how strong are pokemon in terms of destructive power? like are the city level or above, and I am asking about pokemon that are just shy reaching champion rank, not to mention legendary pokemon.

I thought scizor evoled to mega, it doesn't show in its character sheet?

Honestly, I don't think there's any way Alex would have difficulty with this test, the gym leaders themselves mostly have level 55 to 60 pokemon, if Alex's "rivals" in the team rocket exam are even close to that, then the high elite rank is easier than i thought
