good chapter and all, i just find the factor strange and big, the issue of extreme controlling yandere, in my opinion it can be a cause of a gulf between them, and it can be a factor that can lead to a break in the relationship between the mc and the others girls (an even bigger problem, due to the particular situation of the mc's spirit) in a normal development, it's like she's controlling the environment/people around her (it can even be claimed by some that it's good and has charm, but the truth is that it's a big hidden problem later). for me she is making others know that they are just tools and makes them aware of that with small actions and makes it clearer with her point of view, honestly it is difficult meijin as the first to accept the others, but meijin seems to be constantly there like a ghost putting a limit of affection on everyone else. well maybe i'm wrong but that's my impression when i see it.
Your idea is correct. Meijing uses her own charm and sociality to influence the people around her, keeping everyone away from Haotian. She only let the girls necessary for Haotian's spirit as they are necessary to Haotian to become stronger and fulfill her dream of always being together. However, she tries to limit the relationship between the girls and Haotian, always putting herself as the number one. That's why the one that she hates the most is Chenxiang now who is not under her control and tries to take her position on Haotian's heart. All of it hiding from Haotian as she doesn't want to be hated by him. Of course that yenderism would explode later on becoming a conflict in the future but that would be spoilers.
Good chapter, the only problem I see is the fact that Tang San has endured until almost the end of the challenge, because if Tang San could withstand it in the original it was thanks to his external spiritual bone and the 2 fairy herbs, and even with that in the end he had to draw his hammer, now without having the fairy herbs I think he would only hold on for half the time. Another point would be that from this fact it would be impossible for Tang san to obtain for his fourth spiritual ring of 10,000 years, for the simple fact that his body without the fairy herbs would not support it and he would die.
