He is definitely going to run into Celestial Dragons while he is with Hancock. Or st least while he is in Sabaody. I know he will probably kill them or at least force them to leave but i wonder how the Marines will react, World Government will obviously label him an enemy and probably attack him On site. I dont think he has enough prestige to break away the Marines right now unless he gets Sengoku and Garps support to break away as well.
