So can he manipulate temperature?? How about Gravity??? See the problem right out of the gate with this quirk is that its as OP as the reader can imagine. No matter the amount of training this mofo has to do, EVENTUALLY, he will be able to control a fundamental part of reality. A power that really doesn't mesh well with the strategic use of strengths and weaknesses that just about all MHA fights entail. For ducks sake his quirk doesn't have a weakness, rewrite this and just give him some type rune making ability that runs on blood stamina or internal power something. That way he can enchant gear n do physical combat while trying out new runes like explosives or weights and then eventually when you write enough filler and build up, his quirk awakens a second time and he can use the rune by just drawing them in the air or on flesh. Boop far more intresting, entails more rigorous training and creativity, more intrinsic and fundamental rules to appraoch the character and story with AND you don't lose out on the limitless possibilities aspect. Besides the quirk and non chalance of character. This chap was solid, but you can't come with divine might right out of the gate, atleast make him struggle sheesh.
