Comments of chapter undefined of The Soul Keeper

So many plotholes and unfinished stories. So many things written about once but not again. What's the Keepers name? Why did Fethion have a random picture of the gate? Is there a reason or did he just like to look at it? So many more I cant remember off the top of my head.
