Ok so I understand the MC transmigrated close to Harry's 11 birthday. But even so why doesn't Harry have a greater usage of magic?? What was he doing the weeks that Andromeda was Regent or when he wasn't being trained in Occlumamcy by Narcissa. When he was in his first classes it's like he had his first exposure to magic, which should've been a long time ago. Don't get me wrong, he definitely shouldn't be a master of all yet, but he should definitely be better than a complete novice??

Definitely another great chapter, and honestly he doesn’t really shoulder any of the blame, it didn’t even happen when he was consciously trying to goad Snape lol, And while it may be a shame what happened, the blame squarely lies on the shoulders of a petty man
