My theory about shinobi stronger bodies than normal people is :- Their cells contain chakra as well as biological energy ... Every cell is passively strdngthened by the chakra that resides inside it .... Like how nutrients move through blood , chakra moves tgrough the chakra pathways system , and nourishes all cells equally.... And that is also why when chakra gets stronger , it nourishes the body , and when the body is stronger it nourishes the chakra ...
