Make sure to get both of the boys to train in the other divisions in their downtime. they dont need to master it but be very well rounded. but more importantly, have them master medic jutsu to be back up combat medics. Keep their teammates alive. Hmm, have MC have a meeting with 4th and clan head to toss in a bunch of Sharigan users into ANBU to do the same later on. The uchiha clan members dont stay long in ANBU but prove they are trustworthy and will help train up the police force better.
