Does anyone know if the writer abandoned this book?

I just had to pay for these chapters twice. It said the author updated with new chapters. I miss the Drip that made someone try to lick the mains seed off the floor. That was crazy, twisted just enough, and had me hooked on this book only to have it be abandoned. Come back Drip!!
