no, I think the manipulation had no relation to the bloodline. He will lose the mutations and the engraved skill.

I hope he replaces with poison bloodline, they always talked about he wasn't using it to its full potential. and how he missed out on its mutations. It would also be poetic, where it started and where it ends. The problem is that he will miss out on the element manipulation... with origin realm, he could get the manipulation of Illusion or Creation.
