The level of us unique goblin skill should have increased naturally on his own as they got stronger through his bond. Not sure why it didnt.

This is so stupid, just for him to give away that he has knowledge of runes or that the rumors was true. If he bought this caged hobgoblin, shouldn't they give him the key to the cage? At least he could ask for it, or else why would anyone buy it if they cant unlock the cage? And thats why i called it bs
