You might need to go back and add a few chapters on how he befriends the goblins, at this point his relationship with them feels unearned.

Need I remind you that cds came out in the early 90ts and only cassette tape was available in the late 80ts and cd players didn’t become portable till the min and late 90ts

muggle things are beneath us' mentality and 'muggle tech doesn't work near magic' Why so heavy on the muggle hate from what I have seen and read there are many many wizards like Arthur Weasley trying to make muggle tech work and obviously muggle borne wizards would also do so considering how much magic they give off it would ruin devices around them especially when they cast spells plus dong forget about the night bus and other things that are a mix of magic and tech in my opinion it’s just bloody hard not a matter of prejudice
