Comments of chapter undefined of Master Of Death

I don't understand this chapter at all... A MC who literally experimented on dozens of people without any qualm (killing them in the most horrific ways in the process) is now worried his actions may negatively impact some random family he has literally no attachment to? Talk about forced development! Hypocrisy is never nice.
