Great chapter. As for suggestions, I'm not a writer. but what if you go along the lines of Nathaniel going outside the reach of the witch's power and trying to communicate, however because his power and strength aren't the greatest he comes into a sentry that also has top notch tracking and scavenging vibe. get into a skirmish. go back and forth. slowly Nathaniel slowly loses control and loses overall, but then all of a sudden his wolf spirit wakens up a bit more than usual like he has more control over it. and takes down the sentry. cuts to niklaus. if I'm not mistaken, the person just looking at niklaus is blink. but whoever it is continues to stare and niklaus goes to side of the cage and looks the man in his eyes to creep or scare him and says some sort of snarky reply. the man looks down, laughs, and says something back. they talk.... I don't know something like that, up to you. you got this. I can't wait for the next chapter to come out. your characters are awesome.
That’s a great suggestion. I’ll keep in mind what you’ve said but I hope it’s okay if I change some things around slightly. As for the man by the cage, yes it is Blink. Thank you for commenting and letting me know what you think so far and thank you for your comment on the previous chapter as well, it really helped me gain some motivation to finish this chapter. I hope that along the way you stay patient with me and my non existant upload schedule, I know it’s difficult waiting for an update. I will try to have the next chapter out more quickly than this one came out but I can’t make any promises at the moment due to my faulty schedule. Again, thank you so much for commenting on both this chapter and the last one it really helps an author keep going when they know at least one person is reading 🙂
