Comments of chapter undefined of Lightning Is the Only Way

I'm very confused about this choice that Gravis has to make. I thought the plan was for Gravis to be a stabilizer that will give Orthar insurance and/or protection from the Opposer so his family can then leave Orthar's cosmos. Orthar doesn't trust in the Opposer not to kill him but he trusts Gravis' judgment.. Has the plan changed or is there more to consider now? Am I forgetting something? Thanks for the chapter!

Also gravis commented that orthars lightning isn’ jsut lightning so can he really absorb it? But then again the opposer commented on how gravis would be able to take half of orthars power when he first became the will of lightning.t

I am so confused right now what is going on? Like what dream are they talking about and did he comprehend the law of cosmo because of his new enlightenment over freedom or was that jsut the natural combination of the two laws? Would he make his own level 12 law? And would he get orthars lightning? Is his spirit attuned to lightning or energy now?
