If this Is going to be like the other books I’ve read that almost made me aant to scream in fruttatiin, I’ll really be mad. Why is it a thing to make the ML treat the FL like this(where she is disrespected by him) while she’s still hoping for something? Why is it a tjing to make the FL weak and not stand for herself, or be smart enough to make use of her advantages well?
in the first place, this was just a marriage of convenience. remember that they were stangers and were just victims of the ex’s plan. of course he’s not gonna fall in love with her immediately but his concern shows how he is slowly caring for her and sooner or later, he eventually will fall in love with her. i think it’s a realistic depiction of their situation.
so far, it seems less romantic. I got here for spending many hours of reading, but still no romantic signs from the male lead. kind of heartless or emotionless. like I'm thinking how many chapters should I read to get to the part where they developed feelings for each other? but the composition is good, just too many details before going to the romantic part.keeps me hanging.
Why was marriage his solution? Makes no sense. Doesn’t seem to be benefitting either of them, really. He supposedly wanted to avoid scandals, but isn’t marrying some random woman while you continue to date and entertain the one your family picked for you scandalous? That makes the arranged one out to be the mistress …. Isn’t that scandalous?
