Why not have an evee to do with music

The space farm should start growing the metal and improve the water pond because of the poisons and it should take the good parts of the things put in and make them better

The only problem i had is with the time chamber, you should give a believable reason as to why a human can't enter it and what's the big differencec between a pokemin that got a legacy crystal and one that didn't got one for then to not be able to enter the same chamber. The part of not being able to train their abilities inside i can understand only if it's that they can indeed train their attacks but won't be able to recover their energy because of the lack of elemental energy inside the chamber or something.
