I am sorry but I can only smile weakly. For the really positive rating this novel has, it leaves me thiking how is that possible. I guess if there was a larger reader base, just for the quality of this chapter said rating would go down heavily... too bad webnovel deleted the previous rating option. The MC is a dumb, ***ist lecher. He was supposed to be less smarter in synopsis and authors comments, but this is straight example of MC from really bad quality wuxia. If comedy was supposed to be making up for this, then...it fails its job splendidly... I am going to continue reading, because I don't write light novel reviews based on 20-30 chapters, but my resolve is quite shaken... or I could say my hopes and tastes are too highly placed? But these are really not big to meet... oh well, novels in Chinese set ups usually fail to meet my expectations, because they are written to really not highly expectant masses. Which says something about usual Western and Eastern fantasy readers...
