Hmm maybe Leon is not taking interest in those officers. I guess Aarvi wanted to lure Leon or trigger him or something but he is not taking those officers seriously. He is abandoning them like he always does. And I know this is my wrong assumption. Munchkin I can't really really really predict a single thing and I like that about this story. In other stories, we can predict what can transpire but here, you create very good suspence and what not.
