Without more detail it's hard to tell if the imposter syndrome is effecting the story.
So far I can see why Blake is doing what he is. I am having a hard time seeing this imposter syndrome.
But that doesn't mean it isn't effecting you else where. As long as I get one chapter a week I will be fine.
