I really dislike Sadie. I knew from the beginning that she was alive and had something to do with why Mina was treated the way she was. I honestly don't think she deserves to be happy.
I don't think that Mina had an amnesia, considering that she remember some people she met before and during her agonising moments. Teaching Ian of how it felt to be fooled and unmasking the culprit againt Ian family, And lastly testing Ian if he truly love Mina in whatever circumstances she was in.
