The entire thing with the cultivation techniques like candy is by far the worst part of this novel (its so bad its not even a cliche because no one would use this). I don't understand how, overall, this seems like a relatively stable novel but except for giving the techniques like nothing, to anyone. Riding the plot armor all the way.
