What happened to Helena and Michaels relationship? How did they fall apart? How's the relationship between Vlad and Helena is gonna be? What happened to Lady constance in the past?

I’m happy that Lucy was able to see that her Nana was in heaven and could have some closure. Gabriel mentioning that Madame Fraunces could turn into a demon if she doesn’t enter heaven soon sounds ominous. I Hope she decides soon. I’m a little vague on the timeframe here. Are we still in the time where Madeline has not gotten pregnant yet?
