The end to Lilith was nice. He noticed she was human thats why he didnt kill her immediately. He wanted her to have fear and realization of what she lost. The way he calmed Maddie down was really nice! She will learn yo control it in no time especially with his guidance. Cal has become much sweeter to Maddie, he still will tease but its do much more different from before. I was re reading the chapters and it seems like theyre both changing towords each other. Both gaining a bit from each other, she’s growing stronger and harder and he’s softer and kind. Grampa Vlad and Cal will recognize each other when they’re close!! Its going to be a messy reunion. I have mixed feelings bc Grampa is misinformed, but still leaning towards excitement. Beth will be ok. The search for the cure will really be on now. Maddie Cal nor Raphael want this so they will chase the cure. I enjoyed these chapters.

Hallelujah Lilith is gone (I hope)! And I absolutely love the way Cal helps Maddie and is so patient and loving in his guidance 💕 She would definitely be lost without him! I am excited to see how things turn out with Cal and his Grandfather!! Combining of forces or will he be another person to protect Maddie from even after knowing who Cal is??
