With the way they are speaking, I do hope Beth does not have the powers of the fallen angels because it would make her even more pompous. She would gladly use her powers to destroy Madeline. I truly hope that these powers skipped a generation when it comes to Beth. And also, Beth should be respecting Maddie, with her age, she is practically old enough to be her mother even though she has the body of a child. There is also no need for Calhoun to change Maddie into a vampire as well. She might even be more powerful than him once she tames her powers.
Owhhh poor Maddie, she was an unwanted child! All of her childhood and grown up memories was a lie, so sad! But she was so right for Calhoun then, a fallen angel and a demon?!! Wowww, what a twist we have here, perfecto!!! Praised to the author for an intriguing and mind blowing novel that made me smile every night while laying on bed before sleep 👏👏👏
It must have happend when she met callhoun when she was little and he hurt by an assination atempt by his grandmother! She either turned dark after interacting with him at such a young age or he did the killing himself and it was messy because he had been severely hurt and was starving for days because of the assassins still tailing after him and they thought it was her doing
