OMG! You are a very talented author. I am very impressed at the end of every chapter. You make me look forward to my morning coffee while reading. Thank you! This story is AMAZING & I have to admit that the wait for new chapters drives me insane (in a good way)! I love the water from the grandparents! This should be a fun chapter (evil laugh as I finish that sentence).....

What are you exactly sweet Madeline? Will you turn out to be more destructive than this KING? What powers do you possess that a coffin awaits you once your symptoms start to show? You must be closely connected with the KING, thats why the grandparents disapproves of your togetherness. Perhaps Calhoun is the catalyst to Madeline’s powers? 🤔

I love Cal’s sarcasm and lighthearted comments when she is clearly worried AF. Nothing worries or phases him... unless she is about to die or in immediate danger. He knows no matter what, he will save her and protect her.

ok so the card reader said she was the opposite of him. . . I almost thing Madeline has white wings, that she saw something bad and her "light" kicked in. maybe she is angelic or a demi-god, or a Fairy. Gosh the possibilities are endless.

Her great fascination on Calhoun’s wings makes me think she has wings or will have wings too plus the pain and bruise on her back...

That’s actually the 5th time you are seeing his wings Maddie :) 1st when you are falling the cliff 2nd when you went to the forest to see the rabbit cage 3rd when you fell the window and he saved you 4th when you went to grandma and grandpa the first time 5th on this episode :) Just to show off that i am paying close attention and have read the chapters several times lol 😂

so she is older than Beth and she was put in the coffin to rest until Beth became older than her. Is she a witch? or are there more supernatural beings in this story?

Maddie is just scared of what she could be, but she needs answers. Go ahead Calhoun get to the bottom of this for your sweet girl! I love how she puts her complete trust in him without even realizing it. No need to be jealous my king you got her! I hope Maddie turns out to be his equal as far as her supernatural powers are concerned. He is a special kind of vampire with those wings and his ability to lock and unlock doors and such. I hope she is a true match for him 💗 thank you author!

The grandparents have a lot of explaining to do, they are messing with Maddie and she belongs to Calhoun. He will do anything to keep her safe.
