To be honest I’m feeling less and less sorry for Mr Heathcliff, if he liked Madeline that much he should have acted. Calhoun simply saw an opportunity and took it. I feel like this chapter has only depended the mysteries rather than solve them, the plot thickens!
I have respect for Calhone for looking at personality than just looks alone when it come to him picking Maddie for his wife. It just shows that even though he may not be the nicest person, he wants a wife that will love him for him and not just because of his wealth, looks or status. Beth is nothing but a Golddigger to me because she doesn’t even like Calhoun but just likes him because of the title. Best example was her dumping that guy when Calhom came in the picture. She also put Maddie down and Maddie has been nothing but her biggest cheerleader telling Calhoun to pick Beth instead of her. Not to mention she has been doing nothing but telling Calhoun about Beth’s good qualities. So-called good qualities that is.

Omg I feel bad for James I mean first his unrequited love will never be answered. 😭Plus the dress he made for the hollow was what caught the Kings eye.👑 Final slap was making her wedding gown. Now Daddy dearest for Catherine is about to regulate him.😤 Also I'm very interested in what's going on with Beth. Also Maddie being something special. On top of it all Maddie is super happy with Cal today.💘 Now that is called winning. 😁

have mixed feelings for James. I don’t like what he did to Katherine I wish she would’ve been more honest to her ; he does not seem to he cluless so surly he could have picked up the secret feeliggs she had for him .I don’t think he deserves to die though. I feel bad for him and boy is he in trouble for what he did to that guys daughter
I had in mind before that when Maddie fell from the tower someone tricked her but now after that card reader said to Calhoun..wow Maddie might be an angel...a white one..a total opposite to the King...this is exciting...a one of a kind love story that I am really hooked at...can't wait what will happen...😊
i pity James, but on the contrary, it was his own doing anyway.. for one, he's fighting for Maddie even though nothing was clear between them regarding their relationship.. and another, he gave wrong signal to Katherine just because he wants to be respectful when he could've chosen honesty instead of giving hope to the vampiress.. he never truly knew how to deal with women..
