I agree with Maddie, this is not love it’s infatuation. Infatuation can easily grow into love but coercion doesn’t make love grow. Like she said you like and trust the person and grow to know them and love who they are, not try to change them or mould them. Calhoun doesn’t understand what he is feeling yet and doesn’t want her to go but like Maddie said if it’s meant to be she would come back and the love and trust would be all the more beautiful! Also affection is something you earn, not take.
