thanks for the chapter~ and as for the mother.....i never thought she was trash (not saying i liked her tho) but i was thinking she had the post birth depression (dunno what its called) that wasnt understood by those around her and treated.....her husband cheatin on her didnt help either. og seri is he biggest victim and only she has the right to forgive or to not forgive. i pity her as she is pitiful but cant say i like her or dislike her. i will say i dislike he king and seri's dads and husbands tho.... ik its normal for them to **** left and right back in the day but that dowsnt mean i like them as husbands. the king isnt a good dad either. kane at least makes up for it by being a good dad.

At most I pity her like Seri does. I dont dislike or like her, I just pity her. Although she can’t take back the things she’s done or the she’s said, she can at least try to be better in the future. thanks for the chapter

I liked her mother all the way (cause she’s somehow the most rational person in the novel), but I’m also glad she’s going to do better. But I do have one contradiction, it’s awful to give one child more affection than the other. She should treat both children with the same kindness and love! (It wouldn‘t affect Seri much, but under normal circumstands the other kid would likely suffer under inferiority complexes and such.)

I think the mother is trash. But she's getting better. That's better than about, I dunno a third of the abusive parents in the world. She can't make it up to Seri, because the little girl herself is dead and replaced, and because she really can't. But she will do better with her new son. She'd freaking better.

What happened to her side? You know... The one in pain.

i love how you kept the complex and difficult emotions with both Seri(Leia) mothers. how similar they were and how both mother and daughter struggle now. Does it erase the wrongs. no. but you understand them and that is what makes it powerful
