It feels at times Johan can only find stability and comfort with Rus. And Rus finally puts his feelings in words clearly, don't know if Johan will take him seriously though.

Yayy! He confessed! I was just thinking: if Johan returns Russell's feelings, it won't matter what Adrian does. Because, those two can also be an interesting runaway couple. (But, I know, because of plot rules, Adrian is the endgame.) If I were Johan, I would also be oblivious. Although, Russell was being too obvious for the audience, he wasn't being obvious enough for Johan to get the hint. I think.

This is Russell's way of saying goodbye to Johan. He knows they can't live in each other's world. He might have been hard on Adrian but he wants to make sure that Adrian is going to be able to take his place when he's gone. Just like what Raymond said, he's the last thread tying Johan to his family and he knows it firsthand what Johan went through. 😢

Finally! But Russell and Johan have a lot of work to do on themselves and together. How can they be together if they want different lives? And Russell always inviting other guys into their bed is a problem. I don’t know if Russell is really, truly like that or if he does it because he thinks Johan wants that…Some couples may be able to do that, but Russell seems to get jealous and then kinda emotionally abuses Johan for it.
