The story is good. It is the inconsistency of languange that makes the rate down. Considering your readers and the site is for international reading, inserting other languanges in english story is not wrong, but if it is too many and actually held no meaning, why though?

Amigo esto no tiene sentido, la escena es bastante emocional pero dijiste que al transformarse en zombie el virus deatrulle la "voluntad" del anfitrión, como zombie de nivel 1 el virus dejo de invernar y es imposible que la "voluntad" de un niño resista.
